My Name is Andrea Ghiselli.
This is my story.
In 2016, I completed my Master’s Degree in
Work, Occupation and Personnel Psychology
at both the Universities of Bologna and Valencia.
In the same year, the Congreso Internacional de Psicología del Trabajo y RR.HH.
awarded my final dissertation with the illustrious
“Premio Trabajo Fin de Máster sobre Psicologia del Trabajo 2016”.
My work focused on a small-scale case study involving
the Italian Federation of Real Estate Professionals (FIAIP) composed of several SMEs.
Elevated work performance and perceived job satisfaction were found
to be significantly correlated to high levels of cooperation
and clear communication across both weak and strong ties of the FIAIP network.
Since March 2016, I’ve been working as a Technical Sourcer,
a Senior Recruitment Consultant, and
a Talent Acquisition Specialist - both Agency and In-house.
In 2019, I was first accredited as a Life & Executive Coach
under the Positive Success Group school in Dublin.
In 2022, I received a second qualification from Kingstown College, Dublin,
namely the Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring,
and joined EMCC Ireland as an Individual Member.
Coaching to me is a calling,
a passion become profession.
Supporting Sales and/or Recruitment professionals in their personal growth is
a way to best combine both
my vocation and expertise.
